Magnificent, incredible location in San Marco district really close to restaurants, Piazza San Marco and Gondola, water bus and direction, and Venice, a great base from which to explore the famous city. Genuinely helpful, caring staff towards all guests. Lovely building and rooms with 3 single beds.

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel! It was right in the center of town, just a stone's throw away from the famous Piazza San Marco. We could easily explore all the important landmarks on foot, and there were plenty of great restaurants around. Plus, the hotel was situated opposite to the sidewalk, giving us a lovely view.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk to the main square. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of our room and bathroom. The old-style decor added to the charm of the place. We loved the fantastic location, just a short walk from two vaporetto stops, and we were able to explore the beautiful Piazza San Marco easily. The room was cozy with modern amenities, and the bathroom was clean and had a spacious shower tray. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered a good selection of delicious options. Plus, the hotel had lovely views of the city.
We found the hallways to be a bit dark with no light switches.

Being in a tourist place, it was great to know that I could easily walk back to the hotel even if I stayed out late at night. The beds were quite hard, which seems to be a common occurrence in Italy. Additionally, the room temperature was uncomfortably warm at night and there was no air conditioning.
